FAQs

A few things families ask.

Got questions about our products, fabrics, or shipping? Find quick answers below regarding our flat-packed loungers, The Ringer’s Trail pre-orders, and Australia-wide delivery.

What sizes do the Joey and The Buck come in?

  • The Joey: Measures 150 cm long × 66 cm wide and features 3 pockets.
  • The Buck: Measures 300 cm long × 66 cm wide and features 6 pockets for extra lounging space.
  • Co-mpanion Swag Mat: Measures 100 cm long × 60 cm wide with quilted linen and a waterproof canvas base.

How does the zero-waste "fill-at-home" model work?

All Cozie Dozie loungers ship flat to reduce transport emissions and shipping waste. You can easily fill the pockets at home using standard-size bed pillows, foam inserts, mattress toppers, or pre-loved family swag mattresses.

Can I use the Joey for Kindy or daycare?

Yes! To set up the Joey for Kindy, simply fill the top pocket with a single pillow to create an integrated pillow rest, leaving the second and third pockets unfilled. It fits onto standard Kindy cots and floor mats.

What materials are used in Cozie Dozie products?

Our covers and top blankets are crafted from butter-soft French linen made with 70% recycled fibers. The backing is made from durable, waterproof PUL-lined canvas containing 30% recycled fibers, finished with bronze press studs.

What is the difference between The Colour of Country and The Ringer’s Trail collections?

  • The Colour of Country Collection features warm country tones inspired by Central Queensland (Ochre, Quartz, and BowerBird Blue) designed for soft sensory rest and family outdoor play.
  • The Ringer’s Trail Collection (Where the Country Meets the Sea) incorporates coastal tones (Sea Moss, Warrigal Greens, and Gingham Green) built for rugged camping, coastal adventures, and four-legged companions.
