At Cozie Dozie Co., we want our pocket swags and adventure loungers to be a beloved addition to your home or camping setup. We understand that finding the right sensory-safe fit for your child is important, which is why we aim to make our returns process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.

1. Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 14-day change of mind return window from the date your order is delivered. Because our products are flat-shipped as Covers Only, items returned under a change of mind must meet the following strict criteria:

• The item must be completely unused, unwashed, and in its original pristine condition.

• The product must be returned in its original product packaging with all tags, press studs, and components fully intact.

• The internal chambers must not have been stuffed or filled at home.

Please note that for change of mind returns, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of un-tracked return packages. Once received and inspected at our Central Queensland headquarters, a store credit or refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the original baseline shipping costs.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

We take immense pride in our small-batch manufacturing process and rugged country testing. Every canvas backing, heavy-duty Velcro strip, and linen top sheet is thoroughly inspected before leaving our hands.

However, if you believe your item has arrived with a manufacturing fault or was damaged during transit, please let us know immediately so we can make it right:

• Please get in touch via our Contact Page or email us directly within 7 days of receiving your package.

• Include your official order number and attach clear photos highlighting the specific fault or damaged area.

• If an item is verified as a manufacturing fault, we will provide a prepaid trackable return shipping label and issue a prompt replacement or full refund at zero additional cost to your family.

3. Product Sizing Clarification

To help prevent unnecessary returns, please double-check your space requirements and product dimensions before finalizing your purchase:

• The Joey measures 150cm long x 66cm wide (requires 3 standard pillows).

• The Buck measures 250cm long x 66cm wide (features a 5-pocket fill system).

As our loungers are specifically shipped completely flat to minimize transport bulk and bypass regional shipping carbon emissions, we cannot accept returns based on a misunderstanding of our "Fill at Home" model.
