To protect our small business and reduce our environmental footprint, Cozie Dozie Co. products are intentionally shipped completely flat as Covers Only. Shipping bulky, pre-filled furniture across Australia generates massive transport carbon emissions and driving up postage fees. By shipping flat, we dramatically minimise transit bulk, keep our carbon footprint tiny, and pass those savings directly to you.

We believe that getting your adventure gear shouldn't cost the earth—literally or financially.

• Australia-Wide Shipping: We proudly offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across Australia, with no minimum spend required.

• Regional & Rural Deliveries: Whether you are in a metro capital city, a coastal town, or a remote cattle station in central Queensland, our free shipping policy applies directly to your door or PO Box.

• International Shipping: At this stage, Cozie Dozie Co. ships exclusively within Australia. We hope to welcome international adventurers to the family in the near future.

2. Delivery Timeframes

All orders are processed, packed, and dispatched from our Central Queensland headquarters within 1–3 business days.

Because your Joey or Buck will arrive beautifully flat-packed, it will be ready for you to bring to life immediately.
